1. Service Overview

Aradhya Cabs Mangalore provides cab services including local rides, outstation trips, airport transfers, and customized travel packages. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

2. User Eligibility

• Users must be at least 18 years old.
• Accurate and complete booking details must be provided.
• Services must be used only for lawful purposes.

3. Booking & Payments

• Bookings can be made online, via phone, or through messaging apps (e.g., WhatsApp).
• Full or partial payment may be required to confirm your booking.
• Accepted payment methods: cash, UPI, credit/debit cards, or other modes specified on our site.
• Prices are subject to change based on market rates, seasonal demand, fuel prices, or special circumstances.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellations made at least 24 hours before pickup time may be eligible for a full refund.
• Last-minute cancellations may incur charges.
• Refunds processed within 7–10 business days.
• No-shows or cancellations after cab dispatch may not be refunded.

5. Responsibilities of Users

• Be punctual and present at the pickup location.
• Refrain from unlawful or inappropriate behavior during the ride.
• Treat drivers and vehicles respectfully.
• Any passenger-caused damage will be chargeable.

6. Driver Conduct

• All drivers are background-verified and trained professionals.
• Service may be refused to intoxicated, aggressive, or unsafe passengers.

7. Liability

• Not liable for delays due to traffic, weather, mechanical issues, or force majeure.
• Not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings during the ride.

8. Privacy Policy
